We remain dedicated to the safety and well-being of our guests and employees. As the coronavirus continues to evolve, we continue to take steps to ensure a safe environment for our employees and guests. Here are some of the steps we've taken to respond to the coronavirus pandemic:

• Masks and Handshakes: We follow all the local jurisdiction's regulations regarding face masks in all of our dealerships and service centers. And, as tough as it is, our employees have been instructed to avoid shaking hands with customers and coworkers. However, our friendliness and care for customer service hasn't diminished!
• Frequent Hand Washing: In addition to the CDC recommended handwashing guidelines, we have encouraged each of our departments to schedule handwashing breaks throughout shifts. For both our employees and guests, we provide hand sanitizers of at least 60% alcohol throughout our dealerships and service centers.
• Facility Cleanliness: We have increased the frequency and level of cleaning and disinfecting of our buildings, equipment and furniture, with special attention to high-touch services. In an abundance of caution, we have eliminated coffee and water service from our customer lounges. Employees are provided disinfecting supplies and encouraged to clean their workspaces regularly, including desks, door handles, phones, and light switches.
• Employee Health Protocol: We instruct our employees to follow the health, hygiene, and risk assessment protocols set forth by the CDC. We also follow quarantine and sanitization mandates. We encourage employees to self-monitor their symptoms and stay home if they feel ill.

In each of our dealerships and service centers we regularly update our employees regarding the current status of CDC, OSHA and health department COVID guidelines. We continue to monitor the situation and will update our policies to ensure the best experience for our customers and employees.
